You want your kid to grow up culturally literate? Skeptical of advertising? A savvy maven of underground trends? The type of person who throws around references to the Bhagavad Ghita and Taxi in the same conversation?
Best to start her off at birth, then. (Gold star to anyone who identifies the source of all references in the comments)
When nursing, announce which breast you're going to offer by chanting "Left side, left side, we gonna set this party off right."
When joining two or more toys together for the child's amusement, refer to it as a "Wu-Tang toy."
When she is trying to stand and is swaying from side to side, ask, "Viola are you ok? Are you ok? Are you ok Viola?"
Aw shoot, I know there are more, but I can't think of them right now.

One more: when she points at you, point back, touching the tip of your finger to hers, and croak, "Ellliiiioooot"
Ok. I'll take a stab.
1) Eminem?
2) The group of rappers from Staten Island
3) Annie video
4) ET
I like the new pictures. How much did she weigh at her 9 month appointment? (Is it bad that I can't figure out twitter?)
Excellent effort by Adam, our only commenter around these parts. He went 3 for 4. Gold star.
1) Kanye West "All Falls Down" - he says "West side, west side, we gonna set this party off right" - he's talking about Chi-town.
2) Right, the Wu-Tang Clan. Generally known as a rap super-group because it has so many members and because they've almost all had successful solo careers.
3) Indeed, Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal." In the video, the dancers defy gravity by swaying dramatically from side to side while keeping their feet planted together on the ground.
4) ET, of course.
She was 19 lbs 7 oz, if I remember correctly. A little bit lower percentile than before, but still above 60%. Twitter - you have to have an account. Unless you want to be sneaky like mom and just google toast & cereal all the time.
Great job Adam. I was age befuddled, with the exception of the final reference to ET.
